At Eikon Tattoo Supply, we stand behind the quality of our professional equipment and offer a 30-day window for returns on most unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that certain sterile or disposable items are final sale to maintain industry health and safety standards.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Items
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery and processing of your request.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 5-7 business days.
