Are your needles and cartridges pre-sterilized?
Yes, all Eikon needles and cartridges are 100% EO gas sterilized and individually packaged with a visible sterilization indicator for your safety and compliance.
How long does shipping take for professional equipment?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by destination and customs processing.
What is the warranty on Eikon power supplies and machines?
Most Eikon hardware and branded machines come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Can I return ink or needles if the package is opened?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any sterilized products, inks, or needles if the original factory seal or packaging has been broken.
Do you require proof of professional status to purchase?
